About our elders

Fellowship Bible Church is governed by a board of elders. We believe this is in harmony with the New Testament instructions regarding church leadership, that the church be led by a plurality of qualified leaders. The Bible instructs the elders to oversee the church and care for the flock spiritually. They are the primary group who are accountable for the overall health and effectiveness of the church. Ultimately, Jesus Christ is the head of the church, so the essence of the elders’ role is to seek His direction in overseeing, guiding and caring for the church.

He came to a full knowledge of Christ as his Savior at the age of 11, right at the beginning of some of the most difficult years of his young life. Family tragedy and an impoverished home life was fertile soil for God's redeeming grace and amazing love to intervene. It was from these circumstances that God made Himself so undeniably real to Tim that he was compelled to build his life testimony around it. Ask him, he would love to share it with you.
